I'm not sure why this little shop would get a bad rating to be honest. I sent my boss down to get his patio furniture re-upholstered today, not only was he treated well but he was even told he could pick up his items today. They did a rush service for him as a courtesy. I would recommend this little shop to anyone that wants affordable and dependable upholstery work.
Horrible service, They don't even know how to do a tight French seem . I Had to have Certified upholstery fix their mess up as Certified knew what they were doing and said it was done so horrible that you could see right through the stitching. And yes they kept my money.
This is a great business to work with. They made some custom tarps for my equipment and did it in the time frame that I requested.
